This idea is simple but maybe be invaluable. House thieves are used to ring the door bell to see if anyone is inside the apartment. If the bell is ringed many times and nothing happens then this is clue that nobody is at the house.
What if you could turn off your house's ringing bell each time you left your house? The thief arrives at the house, rings the bell but nothing sounds. He rings and rings and rings but no sound at all. Do you think the bugler will take the risk to enter your house without having the ringing bell clue?
The above idea has been tested on my house for almost 3 years now and seems to work. But who knows?
